video contest voting by facebook like button, wordpress?

I am using a Word Press website with the genesis theme and agent press as a child theme.

I have created a video contest page to offer various prizes for the submission of user generated videos. The contest is for users to make and submit videos of their local towns they live in for use on my Real Estate website.

I am looking to have users register or (enter the contest) and then be directed to a page where they can fill in their personal data and either upload their video or submit their videos YouTube link. The user’s entry should then become posts under an admin specified category like [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view]”cities or town videos”/

There are a few plug-ins that allow frontend posting on word press that might work with slight modifications.

I am also looking to have a voting system for the videos preferable using the “like” face book button.

Ideally a visitor would have to watch the video, and then after the video has loaded and has been viewed then the vote button i.e. (face book “like”, “vote for this video”, or some other voting method) would appear or become active. I would prefer the face book “like” button so the video or post would appear on visitors face book. Is there a way to keep track of how many face book likes the video has received and display it?

I don’t want the people entering the contest to go through the word press dash board.

So project is to

1. Create a way for visitors to register and accept a terms of service , and post a video to a custom post type (cities or towns, Neighborhoods’, etc)

2. Then be able to have visitors vote on that video or posting and having that vote recorded under the video and preferable have the vote also cause the video to be liked on the voters face book page.

3. Ideally the voting systems should only allow one vote per day (preferably not where they users can simply delete his cookies and vote again).

4. Create a page that displays the videos storable by contest ranking (highest vote getter to lowest, Lowest to Highest) so contestants and visitors can see who is winning.

I am open to using plug-ings like Role Scope, Front End Posts, and weather we need to host the videos or just have the contestants upload their videos to YouTube and embed them. Whatever is easier to make the voting work how I want it to.
