Breezingforms Joomla Paypal

Make the following changes on my Joomla Breezingforms Form on my site

1. BREADCRUMB

I would like to have a breadcrumb like menu at the top of the form to show the user which area of the transaction they are in.

ie Registration - Verification - Checkout. What is the easiest way to do this

2. DOLLAR SIGN

on my form in the first section "Prices & Options", I have an "amount to be billed" sum which works. I would like to have a dollar sign $ in front of the amount in the text area

3. PAYROLL

In the BUSINESS ACTIVITY section, there is a radio button that says "Will your corporation have employees or paying yourself from the Corporation?"

I want to link that choice check to the "Payroll Number" checkbox area in the "Government Numbers" section.

How do I make a radio button selection check a checkbox somewhere else on the form?

4. DIRECTORS

In the DIRECTORS section there is a radio button that asks if the director is a Canadian citizen (yes/no), the form requires that a minimum of directors need to be Canadian Citizens. How can I make this a required element so that the form will not continue unless 50% or directors say yes to that question?

5. DIRECTOR/SHAREHOLDER

In the DIRECTOR section there is another radio button that asks if the director is a shareholder. If the answer is yes I want to populate the "Fist Name", "Last Name" and "Middle Initial" sections in the SHAREHOLDERS section for each appropriate director

5. SHAREHOLDER %

There is a text area in each shareholder section which asks for the % of shares. I want to add this up and then put the results into the"Total shares %' section. I want this final sum to be validated to only allow 100% to work

6. CORP

On Page 2 of my form, the confirmation page I want to remove the word "Corp."

7. EDIT BUTTONS

On the confirmation page I want to have an edit button on each element so that the user can edit or correct each element

8. CHECKOUT PAGE

Need to insert itemized list and grand total into Paypal and proceed to payment. I have tried to do some work with the Paypal section and I have a properly running Paypal account but no luck so far
