Craigslist

I need a craigslist SOLUTION! I do not want to buy clad, or any of these "programs" that cragislist already knows. IP- Solution ( I will/can rent an RDSL Server)) Verified accounts- Still working on this, but have a solution. I need the process to be automated as much as possible. I cannot manually type the ads all day long. I need something that will rotate ips, clean cache, bypass C A P T C H A, and have it look like it is a human doing it, so timing needs to be randon not 6.1 seconds between each ad etc. I do not want to hire a service that will do this for me for 1$ a copy. I need this as soon as possible. Please let me know some pricing and we will go from there.
