Hi bidders,

I need a tutorial on How to Create Desktop Widgets and a sample and simple widget example. It must work on all Os. Please don't use any open source widgets such as google api,yahoo api. Use Only your knowledge. Least bid wins. This is an ongoing project(Creating desktop widgets for Eastern European Clients).
