I need someone to solve a problem with displaying dropdown menu in IE7 and IE8 browsers (perhaps others too). 1) after dropping down the menu is hidden behind a block that is placed just below the menu labels. 2) the width of expanded menu is equal to the width of the label, instead it should adjust to the widest element I've attached a zipped website showing the problematic behavior.
