Desktop app that works with quickbooks

Hi, I'm new to freelancing, but I have 19 years of experience in IT and software development, including in developing "interfacing" apps like the one you're looking for. I am also familiar with the QB SDK (although I certainly can't claim to be an "expert" with it) and have extensive experience with apps on Windows Server 2008R2 What you're asking for seems relatively straightforward: -A Windows desktop app that stores utility meter readings for tenants that are, presumably, itemized Customers in QB (UK desktop ed.). These meter readings will need to persist in some form (eg. file or database) between uses. The user will be able to enter new meter readings each month/period for each tenant (possibly for multiple utilities per tenant?). For each new reading for each tenant, an invoice (based on based on a diff calculation between meter readings and some cost per unit) will be created with the associated Customer (& possibly Job?) in the users QB file. -I'll use C# and source code will be provided. With respect to the "Windows Server 2008R2" requirement, out of curiosity, why the need for that requirement? Is it a multi-user data file with QB Database Manager?
