Working on Big data technologies as part of my day to day job since 2012. Worked on Hadoop, Hive, PIG and other apache projects like Lens, falcon, druid etc.

Hello! what kind of data would you like to be trained for? I see that you want also map reduce, which means parallel computing right?

Have been working with Big Data, Hadoop-Map Reduce programming since 2 years. With about 6 months of experience in delivering hadoop training's to individuals. Topics covered: - Introduction to Big Data - Why and Where - Architecture, its advantages & disadvantages - Map reduce programming - Assignments - Live code writing with explanation - Correcting assignments - Work env provided for practice in AWS instance. - Hive Question: Should i teach Java too along with Hadoop, Hive?

Last year I attended exactly that course 'Big Data' at my university (LMU) and got a 1.0 I'm very interested in the topic and I also still got the slides of the course. I'm quite confident in my teaching skills as I never had problems explaining concepts or such. I'd love to hear from you to learn your motivation to learn about big data, as 'to teach us big data' is quite general. If a general overview about big data: advantages, disadvantages, kinds of no sql databases, ..etc is what you are lookign for, then I think I'm a fairly good choice. Best Regards, Chnty
