The objective of this assignment is to create an Android GPS tracker utility for the DC area. Your program should display a map of DC, provided as dcmap.png. Every ten seconds, it should read the latitude and longitude from the Android GPS system and store it in an array. It should then draw lines between the readings, thus plotting your movement on the map.
