Advice required on SVN branches

I have a bunch of Android apps (30-40) that all have the same base code, only different configuration (XML).
Currently they each are in a different folder.
The problem is whenever I found a bug in one app, I would have to copy/paste it to all other apps.
So I need an advice on how to organize the code so changes in one app will be automatically propagated to all other apps, I believe this is what is called "branches" ?
Can I use TortoiseSVN to do this ? If so, how ?
