Collect images from the web based on list of product number

In our industry many of our manufacturers store images on their servers under web addresses such as [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We want a program created where we enter the parts of the domain name that do not change and then can copy and paste a whole bunch of product numbers from excel and it will go to the website and collect the image. We need the program to be able to save the image as the product code. In some cases the manufacturer will use images names such as [login to view URL] which we would want saved as 5556.jpg. We need the program to tell us which images have not been found. We need the domain name to be changable based on the site or to go to multiple sites to find the image when not available on one site. We also need the program to be able to manipulate the product code and drop certain parts of the product code before during the search. For example drop the first two characters. 025454 becomes 5454 055458 becomes 5458 Please post messages if need more details.
