C++ / JAVA / Windows API Code Generator

The tool is a code generator ( Component / Library ) made to be called from within our source code of a Desktop and/or Mobile Application running Android and iOS. Our Source code Application will call this third party component / Library which will randomly generate alphanumeric codes based on a set algorithm. Example: Our Application -> Request Code From [ Code Generator API / Library ] -> Returns Code Approved or Denied -> To Our Application We will also need the Code Application as an run-time file to run on Windows ( 32/64bit ), should we want to give Code manually to an application. We will want to issue a Code generated by an Windows exe application if the need arises..
