This java / jee / mysql project is only for some one who has already implemented some bulk texting solution with 3rd party providers. via http / REST etc. Let us know what you have working. Be able to show us a demo link of what all is already working. You will be required to add it as a module to our web application. At the time of bidding tell us what all combination of jee technologies used and the features. In case, you plan to add some new features as part of deliverable then let us know time needed to deliver. We are preferring ready to go solution.
