Compile list of restaurants/catering services

We need the COMPLETE list of operating restaurants/catering services that does delivery, takeout or take reservations online in Canada and the USA. These restaurants must be grouped by province, city, and possibly by community. Your list has to contain the name, address, city, postal code, type of restaurants, delivery/pickup/reservation option, phone number, email. You also need to specify whether the restaurant currently listed in a food ordering portal. Restaurants must be in one of the following cities: Ottawa, Gatineau, Montreal, Quebec city, Chicoutimi, toronto, Guelph, Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Regina, Hamilton, London(ontario), kitchener, St. Catharines–Niagara, Halifax, Windsor, Saskatoon, Abbotsford, Sherbrook, Kelowna, Sudbury, Moncton,Medecine Hat, Fort McMurry. I also need the list of restaurants in the USA in the following areas: - New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island - Los Angeles-Long Beach-Santa Ana - Chicago-Joliet-Naperville - Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington - Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington - Washington-Arlington-Alexandria - Miami-Fort Lauderdale-Pompano Beach - Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta - Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford - Phoenix-Mesa-Glendale - Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue - Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington - San Diego-Carlsbad-San Marcos -St. Louis - Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater - Denver-Aurora-Broomfield,= - Baltimore-Towson - Pittsburgh, PA MSA - Portland-Vancouver-Hillsboro, OR-WA MSA - Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford, FL MSA - Las Vegas-Paradise, NV MSA - Jacksonville, FL MSA - North Port-Bradenton-Sarasota, FL MSA It important to specify whether they deliver or not.
