Create a Detailed Marketing Strategy

We are looking for a very skilled and experienced marketing expert to create a highly effective and detailed internet marketing strategy for our startup B2B company. There are 2 parts to this project. Through our website, we promote the products of small manufacturers and artisans in the US. We promote these products to the buyers of gift shops, furniture stores and home décor shops. 1. We need to get specific buyers to sign up for our email newsletter. These buyers need to be: the owners/managers of independently owned gift shops, small furniture stores and stores that sell home accessories or home décor. Our goal is to get about 2,000 of these buyers to sign up for our email newsletter. This newsletter will show them new products on our site, industry articles, trends and important information to help them build their company. We have only 2 months to gain 2,000 subscribers. 2. We need to get small manufacturers (home decor and gifts) to become interested in our services. We can help them sell their products. We currently are using a call center to reach this group but it is very slow. We need to sign up more sellers (manufacturers and artisans). This marketing strategy should focus mainly on internet related marketing activities. In your strategy, you need explain why each method will be effective and detailed instructions on how to execute the strategy. Remember, the focus of this project is to develop a strategy for obtaining new buyers and sellers to eventually get them to start using our free service. We will introduce new and unique products for their store. I am very familiar with internet marketing but would like to get advice from someone that is an expert. I am familiar with: email marketing, PPC, banner ads, social media, etc. You must be able to explain WHY it was chosen and why it will be effective. Detailed plans only! I don’t want a general outline of various internet marketing methods. I want a strategy that will work. I will analyze your strategy and probably challenge your ideas.
