Blog Commenting

I need a lot of PR2+ links to my website and I'd like for those links to be from dofollow blog comments. Anchor text will be provided to the winner. Requirements: 1. Blog topics must be related to my chosen keywords (to be given) 2. NO SPAM! Blogs comments must have more than 20 words and must be related to the post. 3. YOU MUST follow the topic of discussion, and comment about something that is helpful or useful. 4. Comment must be unique and no copy contents. 5. NO "great post , Nice post , good website" type of posts will be approved So please write an useful comment. Does not have to be a paragraph , just a nice comment. 6. only dofollow and permanent links 7. links must be placed on Pages (not domain) with Google Page Rank greater than 2 or above. 8. no more than 100 external links on the page where the backlinks will be. 9. I reserve the right to reject links: you will be paid for the links that accomplish the requirements. 10. Every link must be from a different domain and English speaking countries only. (multiple comments on subdomains etc are not acceptable) 11. A full report of the work is expected to be given to me in an excel sheet format listing the link url, anchor text, URL to the comment and the submitted date. 12. Every link must be valid 13. Comments I don't like I will NOT ACCEPT and will need to be removed and replaced. NOTES: - Your bid is on 30 backlinks. Do NOT bid if you do not understand requirements. - Your bid must contain an example report to be considered. Project will go to the lowest or qualified bidder. I will ask for one sample comment to ensure you know what you are doing before we begin. This is a trial and if the work is up to a good standard the work will be a regular monthly basis.
