Backlink Builder Required

I need an individual to build links for several web sites. Looking for a long term relationship with the right person. Please read the details carefully, i will not consider copy paste replies, not interested in a portfolio. I care more about you reading my requirements and your ability to explain how you can meet them 1) Only white hat. No hacklinks, invisible links. 2) If you are commenting on a blog post, you are required to write something meaningful. Do not spam posts. Do not write "thank you" posts that is obvious to be there for the link. 3) You have to read/write good english. You can be anywhere from the world as long as you do. 4) The sites, links are placed, must be at least 2 months old, info cached on Google. No banned sites from google. I will not approve those links. 5) If you can put links on sites with PR 1+ at least, that would give you more chance to be accepted to this project and upcoming ones. 6) Majority links must be follow. You are given a quota of %10 for nofollow links. (ie if you are working for 100 links, you can have 10 of them as no follow) ** NO AUTOMATED SOFTWARE ** According to these terms, im looking for quotes for 100 links. Please confirm you understand all the details and summarize briefly your experience in link building. Again, no automated software, xrumer/scrapebox, nothing.. Thank you
