Answer voice & email 7 days a week, 7-10 hours total

This job is only for 1 to 1-1/2 hours a day, 7 days a week. We sell products, services and memberships online and often get a ton of emails and voice mail messages so we need someone that can learn our systems, products and procedures. You will be responsible for handling refund & return request, membership cancellations, customer support calls and emails and even a few personal emails that come in for me from time to time. With the voice mail messages you will respond to each one and either cancel the membership and/or possibly issue a refund and then contact the customer to let them know that they have been taken care of. You will also have to answer questions about our products and services. You must have the following; Ability to call tele phone numbers everywhere outside of the U.S. including, the U.K., Australia, Canada, etc... no exceptions and it must be a reliable phone line, nothing that sounds like crap and will make us look bad... Ability to call during legally allowed calling hours ( which is between 9am and 9pm here in the U.S. and than you have to factor in the different time zones that our customers are on) Ability to meet with me by phone EVERY SINGLE DAY for about 20 minutes each day, for training and questions at least 45 days into this project. Please only bid if you are a responsible person. We do not need excuse makers and people who are going to miss out on days. We need someone with a clear voice and the ability to speak in English well.
