Bulk Marketing to Southern California (Orange County)

I want to expand my IT consulting business to a specific region of Southern California - Orange County. I would like to use available bulk marketing and internet marketing and social media methods to reach legitimate businesses in the Orange County area. I specialize in Database Administration ( Oracle, Microsoft Sql Server ) and relevant technologies. My goal is to reach as many businesses in the area as possible, that would eventually lead to contract work for my company - on site or remotely. If this was successful, we would work towards possibly branching out to new locations in the USA.
