Bulk Email Marketing Expert Needed

We have a new advertising company that requires emails be sent out daily to our customers. We are looking for someone with their own email servers to assist us with bulk emailing. You need to have a server that has a good sending reputation and be able to send us delivery reports. I also want someone who is available throughout the week (preferably during some US business hours) and will maintain open communication with me. The person I award this project to would need to be able to send about 1 million emails daily. This project would last for one month and if it goes well could lead to future projects of the same nature. To ensure that you have a server that is capable of delivering emails to an inbox, I ask that all applicants be willing to send a test email to my list of 100 safe emails so that I can check deliverability against your report.
