Create Architectural Drawings _ Floor Plan, Site Plan, Demolition Plan & Electrical

I have a floor plan for an exercise studio which is attached as letluce1. Also attached are the architectural drawings ("blue print scan") used to create the existing space called the Bar Method (ie, the Floor plan page A2.1 is the design of how the space exists currently). The "Bar Method Space" show in the floor plan of the blue print [login to view URL] is being renovated to create a smaller "letluc-1" space. The Floor plan for the letluce-1 space is correct except that an additional bathroom closet will be added where a shower exists -- in other words there will be 3 bathrooms and one shower. Also all doors should be shown as opening into the space not out into common area hallways. I am looking for a freelance to create Architectural drawings in same format as the attached [login to view URL] for "new space" design that is draw in letluce-1. Thus, the end product should include a Site Plan, a Demolition Plan, a Floor Plan, and an Electrical plan (showing ceiling lights and outlets using existing electrical panels. * Please note that the area referred to as "studio 1" on the Bar Method Space ([login to view URL]) will not be modified. Therefore nothing needs to be changed or noted in that area in the final drawings except the dimensions of the space. The other areas in the Bar Method space will either be demolished/and rennovated for the new space called "letluce1". *The General Notes found on the site plan are the same except regarding Project Team and Project Data regarding Tenant/Owner - leave blank.
