Copy text of book from website and format in InDesign

I need someone to copy text from this site ([login to view URL]) which has all the text from a printed book my client had published which he has lost the artwork for. I need someone to copy all the text from that site, paste it into an InDesign template (which we will supply) which has paragraph and character styles already setup, and format it as per a copy of the book we will send either as hard copy or as a scanned PDF. We also require the person to change all the roman numeral references to numbers. This job needs to be done fairly quickly and PDF's sent to me as you complete each section so my client can check and proof.
