ai Tri Fold Brochure Required ASAP

Looking for a few different template designs for a brochure 8.5" x 11" must be done in Adobe Illustrator and include fonts and background designs included. These brochures are for a cupcake company and looking for a pink / brown very feminine appealing design - their website is [login to view URL] ... the brochure is for Weddings / Special Events / Party Cupcake Company... 1. Images don't have to be High Res... just the background textures, bars and designs must be... 2. All images from website can be used - doesn't matter on res... we will update images on our own 3. All content will be fill in text... We are looking for Font types, colours and textures we will update our own text. 4. File must be ai and without any passwords, working file must included. 5. both colour and black/white version of all templates must be included.
