an illustrator for a book

I need someone who can skillfully render my own visual ideas for a book I'm writing. I can give very specific instructions on _what_ to draw. I just cannot draw myself. Much of it will be almost like comic book panels. So, the illustrations will mostly involve people doing things. If you could draw a woman chainsawing down a tree, you can probably do what I need. Here's where I have in mind to start: 4 panels [panel 1: Man lying in wait to ambush pretty blond chick] [panel 2: Barry in front of blond chick. Blond chick screaming, terrified] [panel 3: Block chick beats man with purse] [panel 4: man runs away. Blond chick standing.] (there are more specifics I don't want to post this publicly) I reallly don't want to do a one-time transaction. I want to form a partnership for this project. However, the specific terms of that would be best discussed outside the limitations of this website.
