To make a 1920's style home look modern and stylish and have instant appeal to prospective buyers both on the outside and inside.

I have a very limited budget and have to do all the building work myself as I have numerous building skills.

While the interior is easy, I need the external to look amazing and attractive without removing or adding hips to the roof to soften the look.

A new driveway with carport will be added to the right hand side where the path is currently
