Custom Application for Windows Mobile needed

Hi, I need a custom application: I have a Pocket PDA with Windows Mobile and with a Barcode Reader. I want to use it for our inventory management and for the orders to our distributors. Here are the functions that the application must have and how the program must work: 1. In my CRM Software I can export all our products in a csv file. The does than look as follows: 1234567890;123456;Product Description;0; The first on is the EAN barcode number, the second one is our item no, the third on is the product description and the fourth one is the quantity that we have on stock. 2. The program that you have to make must have an import function for this csv file, because the content of the csv file changes often, we have other quantities on stock, we add new products and so. So the program must be able to import my latest csv file that I'll export from my crm program. 2. Now the Application must offer me 2 modes: The first on is e.g. "Refresh Stock" I go in our stock where the products are and where every product has a barcode label...maybe with the EAN barcode or with our item no as barcore. Now I hold the handheld on the label, the laser reads the numbers..and on so application must all details of this product listed: 1. Barcode Number 2. Article Number 3. Product Description 4. On Stock And the last field..."on stock" must be editeable, e.g. the handheld says "5 on Stock"...i want to replace the 5 to an 10, or 20, or 100. Now I can go through the warehouse and refresh all articles that I want. When I have finished my work, I want that the program makes an export, ONLY from the articles that I have changed. If I have 3000 items in our crm import file and I change only 50, than the export file, that I can import in our crm, must have 50 items That was the first mode. With this function I can refresh my current stock items. The application must offer a second mode that is called "Order" 3. The program uses the same database that I export with my crm, but this time I go in my warehouse to a product...I read the barcode, the application shows again the barcode, item no, description and in the last field must be a changeable field that is called for e.g. "To order:" and I can now type in "20"....now I do this with all other items I want and the application must again make an export file with only the items that I want to order. That's all :-)
