Convert a Template in Adobe Illustrator to a Website

I have to build a static website from Illustrator templates that a designer created. In total there will be 40 pages. Some pages are complex and some very simple, but many of the pages are very similar one from the other. For example, there will be an "about" page that is very similar to the "terms and conditions" page. Even some of the complex pages are similar to each other since they share many of the elements The website needs to be build so it can be visited and used in Tablets (i.e. IPad) and laptops going from 1024px to 1360px screen sizes or more. How you do that is up to you, but it needs to work in any of these screen size ranges without messing up with all the objects and buttons. I have already tried with some freelancers before, but was not always successful. To be able to compete I will give you one .ai file to build. If you demonstrate you can do this by building an ERROR FREE page you will be selected as finalist and I will take the decision based on lead-time, price and your English or Spanish skills. I know this is not usual but I already have seen many freelancer applying to jobs without really understanding what the job is about and in many cases without the necessary skills. This ends up being frustrating and a waste of time for the employer and for the freelancer. So in a nutshell: - Static HTML-CSS webpage - you decide if you bootrap or not but success criteria is me able to use the page in IPads and laptops from 1024 to 1360p. - You need to build resource files for all the text so that I can later translate it to different languages without touching the code. - You will compete by creating 1 page to demonstrate you can do it. You will have to post the link to that 1 page in your application - Commanding good English or Spanish is key. It is very difficult to communicate if we don't master the same language I will upload 2 files.
