Build an Online Store for Fast food place - print orders to thermal printer when ordered

I require a website with a Just Eat type ordering system. For a chicken and pizza fast food takeaway. Needs to print to Thermal printer as order is received. This could be to a new terminal with printer. Ideally we would like this to integrate with existing EPOS system on site. But think it would be easier to have a separate system and somehow merge sales data in the background, this could be a separate project. The following features are needed. * ability to can add and remove menu items * ability to add special instructions for selected items * ability to add extra toppings or ingredients at extra cost, i.e for instance Pizza's, some products need option to remove ingredients, i.e burritos * current collection and delivery time must be displayed, which can be adjusted in console * delivery charge * Surcharge for credit card * Customer can not order if address is out of catchment area, *customer is prompted if shop is closed and can not order. * option to pre-book order if shop is closed, on basis paid by card, At some point we will be looking to merge with existing EPOS system at shop. But I think it would be better to do a separate project for that. We currently have 4 shops, this project is for one shop, the aim is to deploy to all shops. But don't want to put my eggs in one basket, one site will be used make sure service is up and running without issues first. I am on site tomorrow for the first time so will collect details on what EPOS system for taking orders on site is currently in place.
