Addapt a website to work with sub menus

Hello developer, I need a helping hand for increasing workload. PLEASE read all if you are interested. Knowledge desired: HTML/CSS, jQuery, bootstrap, ASP.NET VB / MS SQL (for future upgrade to ecommerce) Important: - I don't want to deal with a team. I want to talk to an individual that has the talent required and not a sales person. - Don't submit offer just for the heck of it. Either know your stuff or don't waste your or my time. - I'm looking for a person that's around and dependable, as I may give you more work. The task: The current website is based on a themeforest template. I'd like to have sub menus, which was not designed for this layout. Therefore, all I need is to replicate the menu bar and the slider functionality. Rather than writing a lengthy requirements document watch the movie on what I need. I'd like you to use bootstrap and revolution slider. Don't worry about graphics. I just need the functionality.
