Custom Uniform Builder in Javascript

Need custom web application uniform builder for site. We would like it to be programmed using HTML & Javascript – NO Flash programming. Looking to get this project off the ground ASAP! Must include the following functionality: 1. Colors Selected need to be identified to user – rollover text to identify AND text off to the side that identifies which colors the uniform is being show in. 2. Colors must be able to be shown as 50% tones 3. Add Artwork or Team Name and Numbers – Multiple fonts, up to 3 colors – in multiple locations 4. Option to upload your own artwork 5. Capability to send-to-a-friend AND integrate AddThis functionality that TSP site currently uses, PLUS an option to copy TSP email to see what designs were sent.
