Build a Website Application

I am looking to hire a Javascript Developer to create a website application for 3D modeling. The web app needs to provide a framework for users to login, create and save parametric models that are transformed in real time using editable parameters in the UI. I only need a programmer to create the basic framework so that I can focus on site design and writing the code to build the 3D assembly. The model will be built using Javascript and rendered in WebGL. The model will be downloaded for 3D printing. I would suggest that the app use the following languages, but design is flexible according to the programmer's recommendations and knowledge: Framework Geddy, Sails or Express Client Side / Front-End Bootstrap, JQuery Server Side / Back-End Node.js Storage MongoDB, NoSQL Additional features include a browse section, an online store, a forum, and a user account with two different membership levels (free and paid). The paid user will have access to more advanced editing options for the 3D assembly. The finished app / website should be simple and scaleable. This will NOT be a full-blown 3D model editor like Tinkercad or 3DTin. The app will simply render a single model assembly and allow registered users to customize the assembly and save it to their profile.
