Create a custom GoToWebinar registration page

I would like to use a custom registration page for each of my GoToWebinar webinars instead of the default one provided by GTW. Attached is a sample of the general idea -- I will need to add my logo and make a few minor changes. I will want to capture registration information that includes first and last name, e-mail address, title and organization. This will need to be linked to my GoToWebinar account to update the GTW registration system just as though the person registered on the GTW page itself. I need this created in a way that I can copy/customize the page for each Webinar I do since the content will be different each time (the description, speaker bio, links, etc.) The page needs to be editable by someone who isn't a programmer and I'm not sure the best way to do that -- via HTML or a forms tool or whatever will work best. I need someone who has done this previously, so please give me an example of a GTW registration page you've designed if possible.
