Do some data entry

I need someone to submit some articles for me. Hi, I am coming up with a project. Basically is scan any IT device bar code, and the excel can automatically records the data. For example, Person A wants to draw a laptop from the IT department, the person who issue person A will just need to scan the bar code and his NRIC. So the IT department will have a record of person A drawing out the laptop. Please let me know if you are able to come up with a project using excel. Thanks. Regards, Xavier
