I Can do the modeling fairly quickly, especially as some of the figures you want seem to have hard edges. Texturing them will take a while longer, and will need your opinion, but should not take too long. I can also rig the models, and can design generic animations for them, such as a movement cycle, parts of vehicles moving, etc. I am new at freelancing, but a veteran at modeling, so just name your price.
