Design work Illustrator

I am looking to have some templates created for myself to be used on motocross graphics. Ideally i would like them to be created via adobe illustrator as i need them as .eps files. I need to be able to change logos that feature on there and also still be able to move items around and add custom text/logo. I have uploaded some ideas i want to copy. Whoever i choose to help design these i will be happy to use you for other design templates. I have the templates for them to be copied onto. but like i said i would like to add logos if the customer wanted to change one of them or remove it?\ looking to get this created as cheap as possible but also still have it done correctly.
