Design T-shirt graphics

Hi,
I need my ideas for some t-shirt graphics to be created in a physical form. I have some sketches and specific instructions on how I want it to appear but there will still be some leeway or flexibility in the creation.
I will explain in greater detail once I choose you for the project, but for now think of illustrations on white t-shirts with a mixture of colours. They are relatively simple and will cover the left part of the chest and also part of the back.
I have included a photo of t-shirts somewhat similar to what I'm aiming for. I would like a rough estimation of costs for a project that could be for 1-3 t-shirts.
This is part of a larger long-term fashion label I plan on creating so there is the possibility of more work in the future.
