I need two webpage templates for a residential real estate website. One for the property details page. One for geography landing pages. Property details page will include property characteristics, community summary, school summary, nearby amenities, recent similar home sales. e.g. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Geography landing pages will include community characteristics (demographics, educational climate index, cost of living, consumer behavior, housing stability, employment and finance), schools, local amenities, recent home sales. e.g. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I will deliver a complete list of the data points available along with data samples to design with. I would like you to make recommendations on how best to represent them. i.e. Using a pie chart to represent population by age groups. The design needs to be responsive. Should be SEO based on geography and keywords relating to "real estate". The design also needs to match the client's current branding and website. I am interested in receiving two quotes: 1) Designs only. Expected deliverable would be PSD, EPS, TIFF,etc... 2) Static webpages. Expected deliverable would be the design coded as a static webpage, HTML, CSS, etc... You are welcome to submit one or both quotes.
