Design a Presidential Powerpoint template

We are a group of individuals with a background in the Presidency who are seeking to build a Presidential retreat. In order to generate interest and attract potential partners and future clients, we need to have a professional presentation which can be used in intimate meetings, fund raisers and on crowd funding sites that explains our plans and is professionally done.
We would need assistanct taking our ideas and find someone who can not only put the information together, but also design the backgrounds, perhaps incorporate historical photos, symbols, logos or otherwise design the components that would go into the presentation.
THIS IS NOT SIMPLY AN EFFORT TO TAKE EXISTING MATERIAL AND PUT IT IN A POWER POINT. We are seeking someone to help us create the content AND create the presentation piece.
