Design Landing Page - need your graphic designing skills

Hi, I am looking for exceptional graphic artist to design an impressive landing page for e-commerce website. you need to deliver just a PSD. The page would have following components. <Header Section> Design header section using the company logo (to be provided), Menu Items, header image (can use any image as example), search bar, action Button ('Enquire Now!'). Header image needs to have a Title, so use a stylish font to create header. Also incorporate social icons (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn). Add bread crumbs (Product Category -> Product etc, what ever style). <Intro Section> Under header section place Intro Text (100 to 150 words) to be displayed. Propose font style, size and font colour. Place a 'Post Enquiry' Banner (will be provided), you just need to adjust it smoothly. <Product Listing section> Main section of the page displaying 20 Product Items with seller details, like Alibaba. Please check Alibaba, its simple. <Right-Hand Promotion Section> On the right hand side, develop a combination of 1) Latest / Hot Products 2) Popular Blog Post (Listing of blogs titles) 3) Trade Alert (Short Banner) 4) Live Data: Twitter Feed / Industry News 5) User Poll 6) Ask Expert (allowing visitor to post questions) 7) Sign Newsletter (short banner) you must have 1) Worked in Web 2.0 2) creative eye your job is to 1) create a PSD file that would include all these components. 2) Propose your Colour Theme, font (for heading and text), look n feel 3) Can propose any additional item like icons, banner etc No illustration work, java scripting or Logo design is required.
