Design an Advertisement - A Real Estate Development Sign

I need you to design a real estate sign and provide me the full vector files or psd files. I will need these because this sign will be printed on a 4'x8' sheet on plywood. So we need super high resolution for the commercial printer. I will provide you with examples. And a stock image I have purchased on Adobe Stock images. I want the image in the Background so you can still see it, but you are able to read all the writing. I will also provide you with a mock up. But the mock up is just want I want written and where I want my logos placed. It is not intended to be used for the design. This is not super complicated. I need to have everything within 2-3 hours. This is a super urgent project.
