Database driven google/bing/other maps website -- 2

I need a website designed that will be map-based, and run off of at least one database. The website will have a large, searchable map on the front page that takes up almost all of the screen (think zillow). The map will need to be searchable for loaction and have a category and subcategory dropdown list field. The results should be in the form of pins on the map. It would be nice if the pins were a unique shape. When a pin is selected, it must enlarge to show some details about the pin that are drawn from the database. There should also be a clickable link in the expanded window that opens a template page with additional information from the database, maybe including other objects (potentially maps/pics/calculator). The site must also include an FAQ page, about us page, contact us page, etc. Along with the database management functionality, there will also need to be a customizable customer account functionality, allowing for both paid and free customer accounts. The free accounts allow functions like saved searches, comment and add information to special fields in the database for listings. The paid accounts allow the subscriber to claim, edit, and add listings to the database. So, there will need to be a payments/subscription system. There are some other specifications that we can discuss at a later time. This can all be done on a wordpress template, or something similar. I am willing to negotiate the details of the payment for the right individual. Please send links to previous website designs.
