Customer Management System using PHP

Front End:
1. New Customer Registration
a. Able to fill the details from mobile and upload image from mobile
b. Need to Send the login details to Customer(we will provide http API)
2. Login Page (for customer)
1. Can able to update the details, update geo locations, update personal details, update attachments (Admin Need to monitor and approve the changes)
2. Application Status (Once Connection Given it has to show as Approved)
3. Need to check the plans and payment history and able to request for change plan
4. Able to pay only

Bill Collections web App:
1. Login Details (Need to login with separate login details created by the admin)
2. Drive to customer location (Need to select the Landmarks, After they need to select the customer name and then button (Take me to customer home) :: We need to input the customer LAT and LONG & Your current location LAT and LONG’s)

Admin End:

Admin Need to get login page
User Roles: Super Admin, admin people

1. Customer List (Add / Edit / Delete(Only for the super admin)) [Login Details has to generate once they add the customer with phone number], able to upload the address proof
a. Name , Phone number, Address , Locations (Lat & Long), Land Mark, select plan, Address Proof, ID proof -Attachment, Date of Birth, Connections Type (Wire, Wireless), Date of Connection, Any Reference
b. Need to Send SMS to the customer (we will provide http API)
2. Show the Online Customers (Using PHP need to ping to there Local ips and need to show the status online / offline)
3. Connections Pending (Once the Customer Registers, after giving the connection, admin need to approve that then ip address need to release)
4. See All the Customers on the Google Maps (Using lat long’s, need to plot on the google map)[Example : http://www.darrinward.com/lat-long/?id=1992185 - with Customer Name, ip address on the marker and show the customer status online / offline]
5. Plans List (Add / Edit / Delete(Only for the super admin))
a. Plan Name, Plan Description, Plan Rate, Plan FUP (Plan Upload Limit, plan Download Limit ) After FUP
6. Landmarks (Add / Edit / Delete(Only for the super admin))
a. Location Name (Center Name / Landmark)
7. Bill Collections Boy (Add / Edit / Delete the Bill collectors ) [Need Name, phone number, Aadhar Card]
8. Monthly Bills (Admin able select the user and then select the months he paid)it has to show all the year and in years they has to show the months . in that admin able to select the months of the customer paid – Reports
9. Send Notification to the customers[for Bill payment[Need to ], Network up/down notification]

10. Complaints (Admin Able to Select the customer and raise a complaint )
a. Add Complaint
i. a disable input box with customer id / select box with list of customer (search has to be there in the select box
ii. priority (High, Normal, low)
iii. Description box
iv. Assign to the Technical Person (select box with technical persons)
(Need to integrate the SMS api, it will alert both customer and technician)
11. Generate the Bill month wise
12. Admin Dashboard
a. Show Customer Search with Phone number / Name
b. Select user
i. Admin able to see all the information about customer
1. Profile tab
a. Able to see all the info about that customer (Name, address, plan details, attachment proof and lat, long of the customer)
2. Customer Location on Google Map (Technical person able to get the direction from the location )
3. Payments tab
a. Able to see all the payment details with dates as per the months and years (Need to Display on the calendar)
4. complaints tab
a. able to see all the complaints logged by that particular User
c. Admin can able to send the message to the customers, Area Wise and birthdays
d. Enable / Disable the customer
e. Able to see all the complaints on the dashboard
f. Generate Reports (New customers, Complaints, Bills)
g. Able to see the customer requests
h. Able to see the latest modifications
