Custom wordpress tweaks

The design of my website is in progress at www.foodpal.ie. Need assistance with the following technical points: 1. Set up of subscription service. Two options a. User pays €2.99 per month and has access to one type of recipe and meal plan (i.e. gluten free only meaning gluten free mealplan page, and only gluten free recipes when building their own mealplan) or acess to all mealplan pages and all recipes for €4.99. Restrictions for each user type and normal subscription service set up required. I have the braintree integration and an account. 2. I need an custom search option on each mealplan page (i.e. on Gluten free page, on Alkaline page etc) that will allow users (who are logged in) to search based on ingredient preferences (exclude certain ingredients they dont like, include certain items they do like), by calorie count etc. For example searching all gluten free recipes that contain chicken but do not have onions. [Note all recipes are being added using WP Ultimate Recipe so ingredients are searchable items and I can add the calorie number as a tag (i.e. 400 calories etc). The advanced search also needs to be available on the build your own mealplan page. Example at [login to view URL] (with no design just the functionality).] 3. On the build your own mealplan page (see point 2) - I need instead of the "add recipe" box on top of the weekly plan I need for people to be able to search based on ingredients, calorie count, meal type etc and then add the recipes they like to the plan (similar to how they pop up now in boxes). So basically just need a new search function that works with this page. And once created they need to be able to save the meal plan for access at a later stage and viewable only by that user. 4. I need users to be able to add their own recipes. WP Ultimate Recipe has a user submission form but it seems to make that recipe publicly available (I want it to be available to that user only so they can add to their meal plan); 5. Add to header for logged in users - 1. View your recipes/mealplans, 2. Build your own mealplan, 3. View account (to update subscription preferences etc). 6. Using an excel model I have, create a form for users to find out how many calories they should be consuming to achieve a weight goal based on their height and weight. Model already created so needs to be integrated with website. 7. Redesign the mealplan layout to make the table more modern to fit in with theme if possible. There will be a small number of other items but the above are the main technical points. I am looking for someone to quote who will have the capability to perform the above tasks but also to create iPhone and Android applications which will be required once the business is up and running.
