Create seven HTML5 fully responsive templates for travel site

We are launching a travel website for which we need a fully mobile responsive HTML5 template built. We have designed some mockups already (although they are not in PSD format) and have written a full project brief. It is for the lesbian and gay market. We need around 7 or 8 fully responsive HTML5 templates which we can then integrate into our back end software. It needs to also include jQuery search forms as detailed in the project brief.
The mobile responsiveness is important and whilst we haven't done mockups for this we expect the designer to help achieve this.
As we have posted extensive documents and mockups we will only be considering bids from people who have read the brief and give us comments in their bid. You need to understand what we're trying to achieve rather than speculative bids which have had no thought put into them. Please ensure you attach examples of your work to help us make our decision.
