Create graphics for a 2D mobile game

I am creating an artistic 2D platformer game for mobile platforms. The atmosphere should be dark, somewhat empty, a bit like in Ori And the Blind Forest. The player is a scared, ignorant looking soul that wanders around the dark, empty-ish world featuring bright floating fragments. All the graphics I need for the project are: - The player sprite with animations (movement, idle, "jump") - The floating fragments (bright "energy bulbs") - Scenery (floating rocks, islands, broken structures in the background) - Foreground (rocks, sand, dust, whatever you got in mind, but all very simple) Create me the following samples and I will pick the person for this job: 1. A sketch of a scene with background, foreground and the player. Simplyness, emotions & lightning are important here. 2. Player idle animation. The soul floating in space. The attached images are just examples of what I am looking for. Also, please tell me if you have created game graphics before. If the budget feels totally inappropriate, please contact me and we'll talk about other funding options.
