Create a Mobile Responsive Website

We require a skilled designer to design a sophisticated web site that can be accessed by primarily phone, or tablet but compatible with desktop use. Design is to be intuitive and simple for users but powerful. The mobile web site will be used by medical professionals so ease of use is very important as is the ability to display the date in clear unambiguous manner. This is a Design project only. We require design layouts or screens in HTML5 only. No data will be stored on the mobile devices and the actual web page coding implementation will be conducted in-house.
