Convert a custom designed template to a Website

I have a custom wordpress site developed. I need someone to help finish the site. I want a very visually appealing finished product with a good call to action strategy. I will be utilizing inbound marketing on the site and want someone who understands what that is and why it is important from a design perspective. Details: [login to view URL] The story the site needs to tell: A new way of pharmacy in a retro portland (Built in 1918, has a soda fountain, retro portland in a very popular trendy area). Modern meets retro vibe. Here is how we are disrupting the pharmacy industry. "We are going to put the patients health first" What I mean: We are disrupting the pharmacy model. The current model is a reactive business. Meaning my pills are out I need more so I go to the pharmacy. Imaging what this means for a patient managing 9 daily medications. This means that they are making multiple trips to the pharmacy, then they go home and design the system for how to make sure they are taking the right medication at the right time. Here is what we are doing: Proactive filling model. We will first synchronize the patient's medications to ensure they are all filling on the same day. Once the medication is synchronized then we will provide the patient the option of packaging types.
