I need to create a website for a new food product.

Product will be sold in the US and manufactured in France so I need to have the website designed in english. A bilingual/bicultural person living in France would be a plus (I am in France).

I would like to be able to handle and animate the website in the future, so a joomla architecture would be a good solution.
