Build our custom website and online shop

I need a web designer to build our website to the specifications supplied below. A significant testing stage will be required. Completion of the project will occur when you have successfully uploaded the website to our website host and everything is working well. Payment milestones at: 1.) 10% on accepting the project; 2.) 30% at testing stage; and 3.) 60% at completion – live and working website. Description: The focus of the website is ecommerce. We want a unique, fresh and creative design that will catch people’s attention. The website will be built in Wordpress, must be easy to use, and have a clean and fresh design. The website must be mobile responsive. Most content will be supplied – text, images etc. however we may need you to source some images. Website will contain: - 3-4 general content pages (about us, events, parties, gallery) - Shop (Fully customisable -This section will require attention to detail and linking to a database with multiple variables (see attached spread sheet – similar function to – [login to view URL] - Contact us form - Customer database - E-newsletter function - Google analytics script installed - SEO optimised (submitted to Google and a push in the right direction) Examples – [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Freelancer Requirements: - Someone who can not only program but can also create a simple and effective UI design. - Someone who has a 4.0 star rating or above. - Someone who has above an 80% completion rate. - Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products. - Someone who speaks English extremely well. Native preferred Experience: - You must have developed a range of well designed websites using open source CMS’s with current examples to show; - You must obviously be a highly experienced programmer. - You must have experience in the development of integrated ecommerce systems. - You must be able to take the website through to the end. To Avoid any doubt this is a start to finish website development process including an extensive testing phase prior to completion. The brief also includes presenting at least three UI designs and to understand that 'simplicity' and ease of use are the key drivers to a successful website in this market space.
