Website design request We need a an it developers specialist to provide us with Web development Service WordPress website as described Professionally the following:- 1 - Web Design, Mobile Website Design, Link Building, Graphic Designs, Dynamic Website, responsive, mobile friendly, rotating, 6 innovative images at least – WordPress-. 2 - SEO, Social Media Optimization, Mobile SEO, Link Building, 3 - Content Review and Writing, Blogs Writing. 4 - Local Directories, Local Classifieds, Local Press Release Submission, Local Reviews/Citations. 5 - CMS – content management system Integration/Migration. Client will pay 25% payment upfront to begin with project, the remaining will be paid as follows:- 1 – 50 % Fifty per cent to be paid after the following:- 1 – Uploading website and giving client 7 days for error and bugs test errors after hand over. 2 – A backup copy to be sent as a zip file to cline’s email. 3 – Website will include goggle place tracking codes, and other websites for seo purposes. 4 – Client will not accept purchased themes, designs. 5 – one year maintenance services to website. 4 – Any Data, keywords, designs given to developer, is deemed to be confidential, and will not be disclosed to others, any use of passwords should not be done without prior approvals by official email. 5 – content will be advised to developer, client will always review the work to agree for the steps taken by developer. 6 – This web site is multi – language (( Arabic and English )) , containing 50 pages approximately. 7 – parties agree for free lancer rules and ethics. 8. Preliminary Design: Working in conjunction with developer, who we will provide us with a preliminary design concept for the new website. That design concept will include the basic layout, color palette, font choices, etc. 9. Parties agreed and acknowledge the following with respect to services: Time frame for the project would be around 7 days Looking forward to hearing from you
