Hi RAM Thanks for the documentation A project of this size in one go would be impossibly stressfull for both you and I because of the complexity and scope of the full requirement May I respectfully suggest breaking the project down to more managable projects 1) User Section - Add/Edit users, permission settings etc - for representatives, allocate areas covered 2) Client Section - Add/Edit doctors, practices, retail outlets along with location (province/state/city or town) and associate to representative 3) Daily Schedule for reps - allows reps to compile a schedule of visits for each day and mark scheduled visit as done along with notes - cross feed to client record (control !!) 4) Products - Add/edit products database 5) Orders - Record client orders - admin close order using invoice reference 6) Samples Register - Add/Edit sample products - allocate to reps - reps record specific sample delivered to specific client - reduces reps sample inventory (control !!) 7) Personel Management - HR department tasks - leave, disciplinary issues etc 8) Overall Administration - each section above has its own admin functionality - this adds management reporting - once the ablove are done, not much else to do here 9) Ongoing Development - System grow - Good ideas implimented - general fine tuning etc If you would consider my suggestion, I would be happy to bid on each project and commit to a long term relationship Thanks for considering me for this project All the best Aubrey
